Software and VR
Academic Software at UPrep
We have many software tools available at UPrep for students, faculty, and staff. Some software is officially licensed by UPrep, including Schoology, Veracross, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Canva, Autodesk, and more. Then there is some recommended free software that we provide light support for, including [......]. Any other software is not supported.
Faculty and Staff may request support for additional software by following the process on the Academic Tech for Faculty site (linked from Veracross).
Core infrastructure tools like AirTame, Zoom, Microsoft Office (M365), and Google Workspace are managed directly by IT rather than Academic Technology — see IT-Supported Software for details.
Quest VR Headsets
In addition to software, we have two sets of 9 Quest 3 headsets. Teachers may request VR use in their classrooms by reaching out to June Peters at jpeters@universityprep.org. Our list of VR software is available for reference as well.
